Who Are You Secret Agent Man?

I live (TriBeCa) and work (Capital Markets) in New York City and am a bit of a bon vivant.  My penchant for living in the moment has brought me here.  Now, I’m looking to right my credit/financial state by any means necessary.

This blog is meant to be a record of my journey, sharing what works and what doesn’t, as I try to rebuild or resuscitate my credit score.  I’ll be pretty blunt and open.  Feel free to comment and weigh-in.  If you have suggestions, even better.  I hope this becomes an open and candid dialogue.

Nota bene -  My short attention span will more than likely sidetrack me at times–I have a proclivity for shiny things–so this might be a bit of a meandering journey but entertaining and potentially educational to say the least.

What The Hell Is “Penury”?

penury |ˌpɛnjəri|noun

extreme poverty; destitution : he died in a state of virtual penury.  ORIGIN late Middle English : from Latin penuria ‘need, scarcity’ ; perhaps related to paene ‘almost.’

My greatest fear is to end up in a state of penury.  Or in the state of Mississippi.  Either or.
